The problem it seem that i was having...your going to laugh
I had crossbred a DTV disk with a DN nosecone/mounting hardware .. at any rate it seems that the DTV dish wasnt compatable with th DN 1000 nose cone
..well i have since replaced the dish with the proper 1000 dish and viola ...no more trouble.
For future reference can you please tell me what pieces of which model dishes are interchangable?
Might Be nice to know if I (or any one else) ever needed to replace a part
