I suggest doing something about that annoying flash player ad the pops up when you first load the ADADSS site. It appears to be mainly an ad to encourage us to use the site we're trying to log on to, but it interferes with logging on, first by covering up the log-in spaces, then by freezing up the screen so when you try to click "log in", nothing happens. So then you have to fiddle around to get rid of the thing.

No doubt this wasn't the intent behind placing this ad. I don't think you attract traffic by irritating people. This is a really good website, but this ad makes it harder to access, and IMHO, does nothing to attract business. The folks who see it are already here, but it could certainly drive some away, if they can't access the site because of it.
