ERR help - ABA DSS

I'm new here and I just downloaded the neusat 6000 onto my USB, put on the reciever and all I get is ERR. What am I doing wrong??

can you give more info.what file you loaded. maybe reload production bin and then reload 2035 to see if box turns on. there is no new file out for sp6000reg yet but might be able to get true fta till new bin comes out

I tried bin 6035. I have tried loading it a few times. I connected the USB to the reciever and it loaded it then is says "It is not a normal unpgrade formware file. error code 0x06" I'm new to all this We have been paying $50 to have it done at a store and we thought we try it ourselves with no luck! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
