OK, here's my story so far, hopefully some of it will help.
I've got a DP34 switch hooked up to a SuperD*** unit outside with 110 on port 1 and 119 on port 2.
On the MyTheatre system I have these LNB settings
241E 119W - Echostar 7
DiSEqC:First DiSEqC Switch, Committed, LNB2
LOF1: 11250000
SW: DishPro
LOF2:143500000
250E 110W - Echostar 6,8
DiSEqC:First DiSEqC Switch, Committed, LNB1
LOF1: 11250000
SW: DishPro
LOF2:143500000
At least I'm watching the NASA channel. Not all of these settings may be optimal, but that is where I am in this project at this time. Good luck.
