I found the answer to my question. Would like to share my finding with all of you, so if any of you come across this question you'll have an answer.
How to view Hispasat with Sonicview
1. Go to Menu
2. Choose Entertaiment
3. Enter 7890 and pick “code”
4. Select “Nagravision”
5. Press red button and type “TVE”
6. Press green button to SAVE
7. Type in this number : 420100
8. Now you have stored the provider ID for "TVE". Now type in the KEY:
9. Get the first“FF” and change it to 00 follow by the following key:
79 E9 3F 29 0E BF 55 DA
10. Press the red button to go to the next line.
11. Get the first “FF” and change it to 01 follow by the following key:
69 DC F5 83 39 47 E9 BC
12. Press exit
Now that you have provided the ID # for "TVE" to your receiver. All these channels will now open up for you to view.
