Good question. They are definitely slated to do a card change this year. They plan to do them all in an 8 to 10 month time frame. Whether this is actually rolling out N3 I am not sure as I have seen it posted that N3 requires a receiver change not just a card change. I have no idea if that is true or not. Probably some one more in the loop can tell us.

As far as IKS working with N3 that is still up in the air. Both of the main IKS camps seem sure their system will survive N3 no problem. It seems by the number of camps switching to IKS that many believe bin only receivers will not survive.

Well I just checked Abors Blog entry and it seems the card change is N3 so this is definitely happening this year as it was part of DN Annual report. It seems most camps are preparing an IKS solution to try and weather the storm.
