Hi guys,
i hope someone can solve this problem without grtting too technical.
Some time ago after loading one of the many bin fixes i lost all my lower channels and could only get channels in the 3000 area, oh i am aimed at echostar 7 and was only able to get 11 the 500's and below. Now I seem to be bringing in echo 9 and 8/10. How is this possible when I am aimed at echo 7? When i do a bird check i get no signal power from 7 and get no programs when using auto load, yet i get downloads and signal power from 9, 8/10.
I had my box cleaned yesterday and the new fix installed yet nothing has changed. There is a plus to this though, as i seem to be now getting some lower channels as well as some higher ones thus giving me more viewing choices and more HBO, yet i would like to know whats going on.
Also my remote or maybe the box seems to be locking up and is not allowing me to do any functions at all.
So i now have a box that limits me to having to change channels manually and thats it. Oh one other thing, I cannot get any frogram menu information at all.
