DISAGREE..it's not the way you think it -
the fact is the work to address such issues -specially when ONLY a PART of the complex functionality is
IMPACTED by the ecm hit it simply makes the job of the folks trying to resolve n promptly address the issue becomes all the more
COMPLEX as there are only some attributes that are effected and the
CORRECTIVE RESPONSES have to be
INTEGRATED much diffrently than a wholesome solution...so that is time consumig and warrants more diligance to do it right the first time..I would rather have a
RELIABLE solution than a quick fix with follow up fixes??
Additionally when only one provider is impacted selectively n others are NOT or are impacted diffrently..it simply
COMPOUNDS the response and the response time as well...
Hope that puts a perspective and why folks disagree with your notion that there is any kind of
BIAS on this issue..never is and never will be...How the providers hit n release the ecm is a diffrent story
BUT as alwayz folks have never been disappointed with prompt if not swift resolution to the matter...
