Need help with Skywalker-1/Dvddream setup

Dish HD channels are not watchable frames. The picture is very jerky, lags and audio not in sync.
I have HP Pavilion a1712n desktop with updgrade to memory and video card as following configuration,
-- AMD Athlon 64 3800+, 2.4 GHz, 3.5GB RAM and Nvidia 8400GS video card.
-- Windows Vista
-- DVBDream 1.4 w/emunation. I am using Nvidia PureVideo HD codes (video & audio) and CoreAVC h.264 decoder.
I am using recently purchased Skywalker-1 USB to watch Dish HD channels (mpeg4) on my 53" Sharp LCD but I am not getting good picture. The problem is the CPU is cranking at 100% all the time. What could be the problem?

Anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks.
