I've been having the exact same problem for weeks! I have a very similar setup and complete overkill and my computer still maxes out at 100%. I have downloaded and tried at least 20+ codecs including different versions of the same codec and have tried a numerous amount of combinations and I still get choppy picture! Ugh! I've used dvbdream h and i and I have the skywalker-1. Please let me know if you come across any solutions.
