ok first can you tell us your settings? Bin 381 is working fine for me and a/r with no problem. I suggest every time you load a new bin do a factory setting , rescan your sats and use a lower channel , lets say 105 and let the keys rolls. Sometimes it will do it at 100% other will take maybe 250% live it there for a wile it the receiver freeze turn it off via back switch and turn back on and wait till roll. Try that and let us know what happend.
