I would hope that there would be some kind of middle ground you could come to an agreement on jc rather than throwing in the towel all together.

I for one have been the beneficiary from your tutelage on many occasions and really hope there is something else you and all concerned with this matter can do rather than not continuing here doing what your doing.

I truly hope there is something else that can be resolved here besides your stepping down my friend.
