My thoughts. 700 is a cheaper non-PVR solution to 800, not a replacement for 600. 700 has faster processor (like the 800) than the 600. It's "retail" price is around $120. So if the 650 retails for $95, you'll likely be able to get it for a tad cheaper. A $30 price difference is enough to separate the two models, in my opinion. It'll be a VERY cheap backup for people who already have other boxes. Now, if the 650 has USB, it'll even be a better deal.
