just download and instal the latest factory bin and that will fix your problem, or just change to a different transponder when you need to tweak the dish.
whan i first got my sv4000 i had same problem, took me a hour of tweaking my dish and getting no quality and finaly decide to scan sat any way and it worked fine, a few days later i was told to install new factory bin and now it shows quality as soon as you enter that menu.
if you dont install the bin it doesnt effect anything that i know of.
