Quick note:

It just went live so the "Cron" has to go through all of the sites statistics for each user since the site went live to calculate everyones level and activity.

First bar is your level (1-100)

Second bar is your progress to the next level (1-100%)

Third bar is your activity which is a percentage based on the most active users(percentage based)

Also, To see the rankings just click on someones name and then click on the vbExperience stats from the dropdown.
