It's a great idea and there is much more potential to this tool than you think. Not only can you track the current user interaction, but it can be used to determine the lack of interaction and knowledge to different subject matters related to testing specific stb's. You can then create more structured forums and training online. Let's just say Newbie's forum can have specific questions to determine stb testing knowledge. When someone joins the sight they can be directed to take a short quiz,
then check the answers in a predetermined posting. moderator can review quiz results and start being more interactive with help. I think this can be done on all levels, thus creating learning and increase sight interaction.
