Hi,

I have a Pansat 3500SD which started acting weird for the past week. Since I loaded bin 382, the picture keeps freezing and unfreezing almost instantaneously all the time. Going to 384 did not help. What's more, when I recently did a "factory" default setting to try and correct the problem, now several channels are missing (all International, many PPV) when I complete a satellite scan from each of Echo 3, 4 and 7.

Does anyone have any advice on what I can try next? Re-loading 384, 382 or an older bin does not help as I get the picture freeze/un-freeze situation again. Thanks!
