I have a 200.00 door stop an ultra that i bought from fta pros, it went nuts when i tried to put a file in on superbowl sun. had everyone on this site trying to help get it back up and running no luck. called fta pros numerous times and email numerous times no response. have bought at least a dozen or more receivers and cannot beleive that i couldnt get a reply. That is not the kind of company that i would i would send anyone to, and would not have as a site sponser, any ideas on resolving this problem or fixing my box would be nice.
