before you install you can right click on the .exe file then go down to properties then hit the tab for compatibility the checkmark windows xp sp2 the go down and also check mark run as administrator the hit apply then ok now go and right click on the file and hit run as adimn and install this should work for you.. you can do this with other programs that don't load on vista also nice little work around .. just remember dose not always work but does about 90 % of the time .. later

I have a panny 2700a and a dell laptop running vista.... I have tried everything on that piece of crap laptop to get bins to load...I have changed every setting there is to change that may allow the file to load, nothing... New serial cables,nothing... new null modem cables & multiple adaptors,.....nothing...... sledge hammer...just might work!!!...
Have to unhook and take to the den and run the Desktop with XP I have even contacted Pansat directly thru Email...they told me they are aware of the vista loading issuses and said to upgrade to a box with Flash Drive, memory stick or memory card load... serial ports are a thing of the past and they will not spend the time or $$ to find and fix the vista problem !!!! Panny 3500sd or panny 9200hd will be my next box !!!UNLESS I WIN A NEW BOX IN THE GIVEAWAY...!?!? HEE HEE
