I have been trying at length to get this switch over to work following the instructions. originally I was using an RS232 cable with a gender changer adaptor to make it female to female. This always worked with my older system. Thinking this might be the problem I borrowed a female to female cable with no success. I did the factory reset, loaded the 2020 file, redid a factory reset and tried to load the sp6000 file but it does not come up as save completed or any other message. Where could I be going wrong?
