yeah this is the fastest and the easiest way to save something as a picture without any additional software.
This will work with any windows or linux and it doesn't necessarily have to be a webpage.
The Print Screen button on your keyboard takes a
snapshot of whatever is currently displayed on the monitor(desktop, browser, video etc.), think of it as a camera taking a picture of the monitor, and then you can simply paste the
snapshot into any graphic software and use it.
