Re: what is IKS? is it right for you? & what units currently support IKS?

updates:
kbox -2 units are currently running iks.-some claim they are a division of some sort and or past coders for coolsat.
said to be running pretty good.both cardless and iks support.still not a whole lot known about them.brand new company.but they run the new VIRGO chipsets, which are nice.and standard 32 mbs of ram.so hardware is decent.

neosat ipro iks/pvr systems now have public BETA release of advanced iks system called HIKS.
all channels/locals.

sonysat now has iks support as well.a couple models.these are Linux based systems.

coolsat-sorry haven't looked into this enough to comment yet, forgot to keep up to date.not even sure which models at this time.but want to mention they have iks support via dongles also before i forget again at least.

sorry for delay with updates.i forgot about this thread.
