Important News PLEASE READ!

Hey family. I want to update you on the goings ins and goings outs of what has been going on here lately. We are going to be recoding and reworking much of the site to make it load faster and give a smoother experience overall for all users. Whilst we are reworking this we would love your input on what you would like added, removed, reworked, any kind of reorganization, whatever. Please feel free to make ANY suggestions but do not get bent out of shape if it does not get taken. We can't do everything. The main look and feel of aba will still be here but it is going to load like 1 million times faster and be more up to date. We haven't had a major overhaul in about 3 years so we feel it is time. Please do NOT post your suggestions here, post them in the thread below.

Poker

We are working on getting another poker tour going. I know that there were issues with the prizes last time and since everything is sorta slow we are getting slower response times from all vendors. NCliff is currently working on any pending issues and is currently negotiating terms, sponsorships, and venue. Something should be announced within the next few weeks.


Forum Rules
We are going to be revamping the forum rules and FAQ's to include infraction information, new infractions, new penalties, clearer definitions on what is and is not acceptable. It will also include information on many common questions such as subscriptions, posting, paypal, credits, the arcade, and others. If you have any suggestions for this please post in this thread.

Credits
The credits system is still only 80% stable. As a result we are not going to be able roll out many of the features we have planned. We are working directly with the developer to try and work out the remaining bugs so that we can move forward with the new features. Just as a preview we hope to be able to allow users to buy tangible items with their credits, buy subscriptions with their credits, host their own store and sell custom intangible items for users profiles etc. They should also be available for tournament entries, special drawings etc. We will keep you posted when we are going to come out with the next version of the credits system. In the meanwhile, keep accumulating your credits. They will be useful in the very near future.


Transformations
We are going to be transforming a lot of the forum so that we have a lot more social community here. It is not going to change what you know and love, just make it easier for everyone to interact and keep in touch. Keep your eye out for these changes. You should start seeing the changes directly after the skin changes.
