also, there are restrictions on how many people you can give rep points to in a given period. and how often you may give rep points to the same person. It may appear that you have given them rep points, but they will not count. rep points given to yourselves will also not count.

Thanks for the 101 on Rep Power Bossman. I was really curious about the whole thing. Yeah it's a tad bit complicated but I now have a clearer understanding of it. The guys who have the High Rep Power deserve it....from what I have noticed since joining.

Everytime you go online, you are leaving a footprint & your exposing your location & your idenity to who ever wants to know.
I can tell you your street address & all the data mentioned on my signature that you see.

But fear not of me...because, I'm NOT the man.
I just know that if I can access your ID...GOD only knows how many others can too. (and maybe one of them IS big brother)

There is nothing you can do about it...we are all in the same boat.
But most people don't know this is how it works.
Knowledge is power...so if I inform you, you can have the power to realize the situation...and act accordingly.

I only found this site, mainly by accident, and not very long ago, but have made it my main stop on the way to the information I need , I am more of a reader but glad to jump in and help when I can....I have never been left in the dark and now I know why......leaders like you all, I respect you all and thank you for everything in the past and whatever is coming in the future....again thanks, you all rock.....so points are good ? hehehe.
