Tech Support Thread Based
There have been too many problems with the ticket based tech support. We have tried a few different solutions and it just seems that every time we get it fixed a new problem arises.
As a result, we are going to move it back to thread based. Basically Live/Tech Support members will be able to post in a private forum. Mods will help them out directly first. If you are currently a live support member, you can get to the new forum here. http://www.abadss.com/forum/93-live-support/
PM me if you have any questions or issues.

Great moderators on your site. Very patient and they know their stuff! I was into this a little with TV@home and dish@home.... I tried to do all the stuff myself but it got to confusing so I went the easy route. The support was good there, but what really sets your site apart is the friendly attitude of everyone and the documentation the moderators have available. I found some of the posts a little rude and hostile on the other site... I have seen none of that here. And I also like how they close a post when it gets off the subject. The tree man is my very favorite and grasshopper san a close second. I'm thrilled I found your site - THANKS!

If we can't get you help on this site, you are beyond help. Great Mods, a great boss and super people here to answer all questions. We don't believe in making fun of nobody, Well, maybe if our mods mess up a little, and we can catch them at it, we might poke a little...

We need EVERY one of you! You've created a monster with this satellite stuff now. I had a 2nd TV I wanted to attach to the receiver and, by myself, I figured out the nest of cables in the attic to have connections in 3 rooms! Quite an accomplishment as my house is 10 years old and there were a lot of dead ends (I think the different installers do that just to piss you off when you try to do it yourself). I even taped a good cable to a dead one and pulled it down to the wall connection. Obviously I have to watch the same channel since I only have one receiver, but wow, how nice to have it in 3 rooms. Some of you may not think this is a big deal, but for someone that has never messed with this stuff before, I felt pretty good about what I accomplished today. Realized I never want a job as a cable installer as it is really hot in the attic! And as I was pulling connecting cables and sweating, I was wondering if bluetooth is in the works for satellite TV. Hey, Rick at the beach... I popped an 89 Pichon Baron for this day's job and toasted the "guy on the beach! Sandy

Well, I've said it before, FTA is addicting and I wasn't kidding. I enjoy getting up every day and spending time on this site, and trying to help. I don't always know the answer, but, i've learned how to look most all of them up. BUT MAN IT'S FUN...

Geeze, is it that much now??? I bought a few cases of the 89 and 90 Pichon Baron as futures for about what a bottle is selling for now. Parker hit it on the nose with those two. Now the future prices are ridiculous, I could go on a cruise for what I'd have to pay. Not to mention that I'd be dead before any wines I bought as futures today wouldn't hit their peak til I was dead!
