Here are the most common Q and A we have been getting on the site re: payments and VIP access...

I PAID WITH PAYPAL AND I STILL DON'T HAVE ACCESS! WHAT IS GOING ON?

Check to see if you paid with an e-check. if you did, they usually take 2-7 days to clear. if you log into paypal and look at your subscription, you will see the expected clearing date. The subscription will activate as soon as it clears paypal. the only way the forum knows that you have paid is when paypal sends a notification.

WTF? I only wanted to subscribe for a month at $8.99 and i got charged $85. this is outrageous!

You likely paid with CCBill. CCBill only offers a 1 year subscription at $85.

I PAID FOR TICKET BASED TECH SUPPORT AND THERE IS NO WHERE TO PUT A TICKET! YOU GUYS ARE RIPPING US OFF AND THIS SITE SUCKS!!

Mods, please direct anyone with payment issues to this thread first. ONLY AFTER THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THEIR PAYPAL PAYMENT IS NOT PENDING SHOULD THEY BE ASKING FOR PAYMENT ASSISTANCE.

This payment pending issue consumes about 90% of my time on the site. This is the for almost 99% of the members who complain of paying and not having access.
