One might compare a bin file to an operating system like Windows on your PC...it won't work without it. 
You are mistaken an old bin, for NO bin. (maybe what you meant was no new bin)
The only reason everybody is "wide open & up" on DN, all month long is, because they are not broadcasting any ECMs in the data stream...due to too many complaints about being down by their customers. (and trust me...that won't last very long) |
ok its the factory defalt bin....i never put anything back in to it.. ....i was just messing around and i just wanted to try it....i guess that y thay call it testing.....im learning...i thought you had to put the most updated file for it to work.but you dont....ive been seeing that a lot of people were asking if the newest bin would work...or dident work...when really all thay would have to do was a defalt....for now...all i was trying to do was help them.
