whats up with closed bins very unhappy
i ve been a member for awhile all the sudden you change the site if i cant open the bins what is the point of being a member please tell me how to unlock the bins for coolsat 6000 or tell me how to get my money back this used to be a bomb site whats up?  |

Which file specifically are you having an issue with?
Files are usually in .zip or .rar type archives, you'll want to make sure that you have a copy of Winzip and WinRar loaded on your PC so you'll be able to deal with any archive format.
If you can provide the link to the file you are having an issue with, I'm sure that we'll get you all sorted out.

yea, i dont see any encryption or anything. if you cant open the file maybe its a pc related problem. your VIP so you can download any file but as above, you have to un-zip it to use it.......

How are you doing?? Were you able to unzip the file? Please let us know so we can help you out. I know I have had to download a second time for some reason....not sure if it was my computer or what, but usually the second time it would unzip and everything would be great....so hope you were able to get it to work.
