Files for 6100,7000.7100 Iv200+300 were ready Earlier but newest ecm knocked out. They will be posted to site on later date.

Norw_group Is Currently working on ALL boxes.

I know you would rather be watching tv than reading this, as i would prefer to be watching tv over typing this. Several things are in motion to provide a long lasting future.

I for one can"t understand why norm_group puts their selfs through this.Just my opinion but don"t write me & tell me What you are going to do,Just do it.Action speaks louder than words.We have already read Way too much bs.Still a good hobby just not with you!!

Great does this include the 5000 also...and are there any workin bins for it..having some local channels would be great....(East Coast)

The 4,5and 6000s was not mentioned. I really dont think we will see any bins for those units, but you never know. I dont think that coolsat even cares now, there sales will never going to be the same.

jaycool you hit the nail on the head.Why would they care when they have lost sales & will never get ppl to waste their money on coolsat.If they think posting that they are working on support its toooo late to get ppl to believe it!

I think norw_group should come out and tell every owner that it is over (for coolsat) I have one I enjoyed it was easy to work with and now a door stopper. Bought a different one with no norw_group bins, been work soild for over a month. Now if they could come out with a bin or crack N3 they might get there sales back. Sorry Coolsat

So, Workman, what box did you purchase? is it an IKS? What is the chance for N3 on that box? I may have to make a change myself if the CS doesn't get going here soon.

Naaahhh, If they ever get up and runnin and stay up and prove their once again capable, they'' retain some customer base and likely attract more. I agree its been nightmarish, but they once were on top and _h-T HAPPENS, Believe me, I have a lightning bolt following me around. If they like started up again and provided good service, not knowing the past it would be just like another new company, and if they demonstrate they can deliver, lots would be forgotten, at least I hope this be the case cuz I have alot invested in CS and I remember when they were #1, I wont tottally give up on em unless I hear them personally throw in the towel, this is a tough business,,,,,,,,,,,badspill

Im not throwing the towel yet either, my 8100hd is still working, and if it ever goes down completely on sat, I use it for OTA HD and can record my local broadcasts to the external drive in HD, something my TIVO can't do.

I'm still having a problem with it on Channel 4 OTA and have sent customer service an inquiry but I am not getting any replies from Coolsat, so that is dissapointing...

We will see what happens, time will tell.
