How to pick sat 148.
Can somebody tell me if i can use my coolsat6000 to pick satellite 148 with direct tv dish and how to do it. Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

What type of dtv dish is it exactly? Some work some don't, but odds are for just one sat you should be ok. Go to dishpointer.com and you will get the dish settings you will need.

well you have a few options first would be get a sonicview 360 and i hub and use your internet to get tv via iks .. now a second one is too get a large 36 inch dish and motor and get free to air and wait for a time that possibly n3 is cracked (how long who knows )
or you could get a kbox or nfusion etc.. iks ..
or if you feel crazy get a hook up like i have sv 8000 HD with ihub and a 36 inch motorized dish if anything goes down then hit the sat button and choose from other sats to watch .. always good even when later on dn is opened back up go down switch to say 123w ..
good luck on what you decide the coolsat 6000 is not a great reciever now a days but who knows right
