By looking at the specs on the new HD receiver by Coolsat can you confirm that this receiver will be able to decode HD channels provided by Bev or charlie or only HD channel threw a HD FTA antenna like the kind you buy for your HD locals. Also what other manufacturers are in the works for releasing HD FTA receivers? Because other then Coolsat I have not heard any concrete info from anyone alse, only rumors.

2.All-digital conversion minmizes signal degration.
3.Processing is optimized to DVD-Video's high image duality.
Do your reading before you BUY.

I ran accross this site while doing some research on HD receivers, HD FTA Boxes It doesn't seem as if Sonicview or any other manufacturer for that matter are going to be producing a receiver with 1080p resolution they are all descrived as 1080i. Also the only manufacturer to have a release date in stone is Coolsat and with their 8000hd.
I'm more a fan of the Pansat or Viewsat brand but neither of these two have made any press releases that I know of, so I will like to see some more concrete information from these manufacturers before a purchase an HD box. If anyone has any more info about these or any other manufacturer please point me in the right direction. Thanks.
