If you had what you think was a orginal coolsat 5000 and 6000 and it died you are now aware you have a clone (not a real one)

Only cloned 5000 and 6000's were killed none of the orginals.
Many not so nice dealers are selling clones as orginals. This is not right.
It is one thing to buy a clone because you know it is but totaly different when your told its the real deal only to find out it is not.

Currently there is no JTag type software that can fix a killed 5000 or 6000 so what is a person to do.
Simple Coolsat usa is offering you a chance to replace your cloned 5000 and 6000 for a orginal one.
The head people in charge don't want you to be without TV just because someone lied to you so here is what you do.

Fill out this clone report form at: Coolsat USA - Company Information
They will get back to you on how to proceed forward.

You get to send in your clone, tell on who sold it to you and get a Orginal in its place. Sounds like a good deal to me.

Hi,
I have 2 Coolsat 5000 both have problems. For certain foreign channels I have to keep both recievers on for 1 reciever and the other one shows the same channels 4-5 times and only 1 of them works rest say "Bad signal" is there anyway I can fix that issue from both if any one helps with their sharp suggestion. I thank for time and help.
