Identifing the rev number of the N2 Yellow Cards:
You can read the rev # by one, by inserting it into its married receiver and going that receiver's menu system info screen. Do Not hook up receiver to satellite dish when you are reading the card's rev number. Or, two, using iso programmer and the software, nagramaster or nagraedit to "reset AVR' of the ROM card to reveal its rev #.
ROM102 rev 103 are the preferred types, easiest ones to unlock or glitch. The term, glitching, refers to opening ot unlocking a ROM card.
ROM102 rev 106 and 107 can be open relatively easily, have to be carefully.
ROM102 Rev 108 is tougher, but can be done but there are some failures.
ROM102 Rev 109 is, at present, not proven to open. DO NOT GET REV 109 card.
ROM103 rev 300 to rev 305 are tough, expect failures.

Geeze! my card must be really old...It starts with S003221xxxx. Would that still be useable? Didn't hook up to see anything in setup......still got receiver hanging from a tree in the front yard as part of my FTA wind chime......you gonna make me get a latter and take it down or can you tell me what I got? What about the blue cards..are they kaput without the chip 311 mod (pretty ugly) If I was going to get that crafty in this hobby...I'd try my own Lasik! .... it sounded easier!

yes it is a rom 102. you need the reciever for the card to check the rev, unless u have a iso loader. If u have the reciever go to menu, system info on the remote. Dnsap 102rev10? this will show the rev and on a dp301 i think it is on page 3 of the info screen.
