not receiver fault
Come on people it is not the coolsat receivers fault. The receiver does its job-reading the file that you put in it & it does it good. Dont beat-up your receiver,go after the support. I for one dont know who pays the support team or if they do get paid,Iam sure no one will admit to getting paid(i bet they do) So all in all go after coolsat to find better coders who will concentrate on coolsat receivers. You got to admit coolsat is the best when working.Just my thoughts

Re: not receiver fault
Bottom line, don't go after anything, most of all the coders. Despite what you may think, you didn't pay that $150 for endless support from the coders. They might get paid from the mfg, they might not. They're in no way obligated to give you hack for free dish/bev tv. So take what you can when you can and enjoy it. If support dries up, time to make another purchase or get some true FTA.
