We apologize for the delay of patch files. We have moved our locations as part of security and it take longer than we plan. Patches are being made and we will submit on site when complete.

My way of thinking is: I was never really promised to have bonus programming "****s point of view", but because it was in progress of being offered at time of purchase, myself as well as others; likely came to expect it. be as it is, I can't hold neo responsible for updates prior to or durring requisitioning of new company "Actually never" how long this took is anybodies guess. After taking hold of coolsat I can imagine many, many scenerio's, disgruntled employee's, employee's quiting and many other things. No doubt, I get frustrated, but sometimes I try to look beyond before I really start slammin someone, and I have done so in the past myself and I apologize, now that thats all said and done, c'mon and get off the stick, LOL!!! Heck, I enjoy lookin at the menu's their so purty!!

Well this is one i've picked up from somewhere
None of the Coolsat models have been abandoned. Every make and model is in the same boat currently, yes some are coming out with patches that last for a few hours. This is not what we are looking for. Norwest is working on a long term fix for all coolsat models. Be patient and we will bear the fruits of their labour.

Not bashing Norw at all, I love my CS7100 and they have all my respect. I certainly couldn't do what they do. However, I find it interesting that the only link on the Norw site that works is the donation button.  |
