All Coolsat Models - Working Bins With Some Freezing
c/p
Old working bins for now:
Use bin 204 for the 5000/6000.
Use 217 for the 6100/7000/7100
Use bin 12042f for the 8000/8100
This will get extended viewing time before freezing for a minute or so.
Good Luck.

Re: All Coolsat Models - Working Bins With Some Freezing
cs bin 204 is freezing just like it has been all along. nothing has changed. freezes every couple minutes. I know, this is what NORW calls extended viewing.
* That's funny! SJ

Great post there Arb...
I got 2 SV's and they been solid for 4 months now...true you can't beat SV team or equipment.
But you might be able to beat their price. (and I'm only talking for the short term...until N2 ends)
I picked up 4 CNX Nanos this week for $95. ea. and with the SV4000 out of production, you can't get a 360 for this cheap.
I'm not saying the CNX has not gone down in the past 4 months...it has.
But it has been well supported & is running smooth...and it is a PVR that will record on your memory stick!
So with a unit like this one...you can burn movies on memory sticks now...so you will have plenty of material for later when we go black.
If folks do something like this, they can ride out the switch until a new solution becomes available.
