Hi and welcome to ABA. Looks like this is your first post.
Have you looked at all the "sticky files" in the SV4000 help section...try the upper left hand corner drop down box...click "go" on SonicView. There are all kinds files about setting up your stb and dish. You'll need to upgrade your membership in order to download files, but trust me, it is worth the small amount it costs!
