I have a ultra that will not pick all the sats. I bought a new viewsat and it picks up all the sats.I called viewsat to get an rma, they said the 3rd party software messed up the tuner. I never mentioned software. They want $75.00 to repair a unit that has a 2 year warranty. Don't buy a viewsat they have no warranty.
