HI,

I have several Viewsat PVR 7000's but I am having difficulty loading a couple.

When I load these the program installs properly, but when I turn it on it keeps saying "Autoroll in Process". I've waited up to 24 hours and let it continue, but then look under codes and it is completely blank. I don't have any Niagara or Dish codes at all. The codes section is blank.

Please, what do I do to redo this box?
