kittie clarence here they still haven't got a fix for you yet you need a CW700s a great box and good support I'm in BIG BLUE COUNTRY are you any where near there I have a cw 700 and a cs6100 if you need a stb I'll check around the net and see if I can find any help but most of these guys have better connections than me I'll check in the newbies post for more on your problem also for followup
