I finally got around to trying the upgrade. I have a couple other boxes so I never really cared. I have the same problem. The conversion bin goes through fine, but when I try to load ANYTHING (latest, old, factory, etc) Captain (USB or Loader) I get an error. The same one that other people are getting. USB says something invalid format and Loader says Wrong Model. I've tried different combos, hard reboots, the whole bit.

I'm over it. I don;t have the time to mess around with it for more than an hour when my other boxes work perfectly fine. Unplugged it and put the box right back under the bed. Hey, at least I will have a kick *** reciever if I ever need to use true FTA.
