Im not sure how long you been a member, but the 4,5 and 6000 coolsats has been discussed and discussed for serveral months and the support is the same has it has been for months NO support for these units and I would doubt there ever will be. I have several and all are in the closet for maybe a future transfer. There is not such a thing has a support center, you need to remember, this is dish networks signal we are viewing, and Im sure they will not support us. You need to go to the coolsat section and read up on all the post.
