I can understand the legality of it all, because it ultimately comes down to money, which directly effects their country's economy. They have to make that dollar, and try to keep it within their own "borders" so to speak...kinda (I use that term loosely) like the USA.
But at the same time, I refuse to pay $15.99 for a music CD that costs the record company $0.25 to produce and distribute. So, I smile when I watch an episode of Cribs on MTV, knowing I didn't contribute to their Lamborghini's or their Olympic size pools.
