Thanks guys for the info.

I don't think it's possible to hook up my SV8K to a tv tuner via coaxia. The only output has been used to connect the HD module.

Either case, wintv 150 is not a HD card, and like I said, the image quality is reduced greatly, just like with my Avermedia card.

My question still stand: Can an FTA card replace my SV8K?
