manually install channels - ABA DSS

I'm trying to get more HD channels installed on 110W and 119W. I currently only have a couple. Looking at LyngSat, it looks like I should be able to get more. Does anyone have more clearly written instructions for the thread "How to Put Channels In Manually Without Scanning CW3000HD"? I believe this is what I need to do but can't following the instruction at all.

It would be easier to find the tp # of the satellite with the hd channels from lyngsat and just scan that tp.

Their is only a few tp's on 110 you want to scan. 12311,12384,12399,12457,12603,12632.
In the receiver menu, go to antenna set-up, 110 sat. move down to transponder, scroll tp frequiencies to get to the number, look at bottom of the screen for scan tp.

When you scan, do you only enable the skywalker? I have a CW3000HD with a Skywaker 1. When I scan, I disable the regular tuner, only leaving the skywalker enabled. I live in the Caribbean and can receive up to 35 different HD channels (without the repeats).
