I have a captiveworks clone and loaded the system iso rebooted and I see the splash screen then it black screens. Any advice as to get in to the system and find out what’s going on? I used cotrol-alt-f2 and it asks for a login and password I haven’t been able to get by this either. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
I had a similar problem with my CW 3k. My display settings were not compatible with my television set. Ensure display is accurate. Press 1346 on the remote. That will reset the video. This is for a non-clone unit, Hope it works for you
