Colors on my 3000HD - ABA DSS

I am really confused...I just pruchased and started to set up my 3000HD. All of the channels and sound are coming in fine...I't the color that is screwed up somehow. it is not the television because its brand new and it worked fine with our CW600P. Is it something with our cable connections? The box itself? settings on the box? I think it is one of the first two. When turning on the box initially, all it came up with was shades of a purpleish blue. Any ideas???

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

You need to do a factory rest. You can download it at the CW website. It's called the recovery disk.
Follow the instructions carefully and you should be alright. If the problem persist contact CW through their forum directly. You may have a bad dvb card. They have been a problem in the past and they will replace it for you.
Just a reminder, the CW websites is the best place to start for any technical questions related to this box. The staff there are great, just don't under any circumstances mention anything to do with signal theft.

What did you select as your display setup? Make sure you are using the correct cable (component, hdmi, rca).

We figured it out about 5 minutes after I posted the thread...It was the cable type! Thanks!
