Those settings are fine. Your channel offset is so you dont have duplicat channel numbers....
I highly suggest to take the time and read the users manual! This isnt a regular FTA box, its a computer with DVB cards.....It will take some reading but you'll be happy with it for sure!!
The latest working file should be the lmc 11/11...... this should solve the invaled channel banner.

The 1.1.15r4 is the standerd CW for true FTA satillites....If your having invaled channel banner, you will need the latest 3rd party software...

Re: cw-4000hd no channels
k I have come to the conclusion that if the STR and SNR arnt near 90-100% on HD channels info, they freeze the system and have to reboot....anyone else have this problem? Is this normal on systems or just HD channels? Also, can anyone direct me to the whereabouts of where I can"search' manually for a dish signal on this 4000HD...I mean I cant find the screen where it has a signal/quality bars for the dish I'm trying to find-I need to tweak my dish a little, not channel info strength, thanks.

Re: cw-4000hd no channels
Im not sure but I dont think The dish 1000.2 w will work with the CW4000, The dish 1k.2 has a built in sw34 switch which will not work with most FTA's

Bottom left of your remote, hit menu, then signal information.
