When is the last time CS was down?
I'm doing some research and comparing the CW to a sonicview/viewsat. I was wondering if CW experiences identical downtime to the others.
In the last month how was the CAPTIVE WORKS coverage?

CaptiveWorks support has been fairly fast for all models, sometimes the 3000 and 4000 take a little longer than the other units in their fleet.

CW and VS have been down with the rest of them in January.
Sonicview hasn't stumbled since the first fix of the Year, back first week of January.
Sonicview is your answer.
