channel not available
please help, i get the message channel not available after I try to watch tv on my cw4000. Yes i scanned for channels and found them.
i updated to Latest CW4000HD & CW3000 Charlie Fix for 20090203 and also am running rev 1.0.1.15
what am i doing wrong? |

Some channels have already moved to Nag 3. What channel are you trying to get...

After you enable the patch, put on scrambled channel and wait for the STB to roll the new keys. It could take up to 15 minutes. Do not touch STB while it is searching for keys...

This is how CW enables the patch in there STB's. Hit the F1 key on remote and then 000...

How you turn on autoupdates?

I think I give you wrong info on F1 000. I have been reading some on your STB. Man, this thing sounds complicated. I read that there is a blue button that you press. Try this and see. Sorry I don't have this STB, I am trying my best to get you some info. Do some reading in the posts by other members in the general help. look here...
